Tidal Restaurant, award winning seafood restaurant - regional NSW (and national finalists) are delighted to present their “Seafood Extravaganza” showcasing some of our region’s best produce. Chef Gavin’s Menu will feature a selection of local oysters, Narooma lobster and other delicious dishes of seafood with dessert as well !! Tidal will introduce local oyster farmer Darren Deeth, and Josh Pearce from South Coast Fish Processors who will share their insights into this very challenging industry, which should make for a very interesting and informative evening.
